A native of Southern California, Stephanie Huffman began singing with a 17- piece stage band at the age of 16. Having a passion for Musical Theatre, Stephanie went on to study professionally at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Dupree’ Dance Academy in Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Redlands in California and a Secondary Teaching Credential from National University in San Diego. Stephanie has recorded two independent Inspirational music projects and has performed at various venues from San Diego to Spain.
An award winning stage actress and voice over professional, Stephanie Huffman is also a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild, having appeared in film, radio, and television. Projects she has been a part of have featured the likes of LeAnn Rimes, Josh McDowell, appearances on the QVC Shopping Network, the Armed Forces Radio and Television and more.
Stephanie also enjoyed the time she spent in the branding and marketing world where she had the privilege of working with such notable celebrities as Oliver North, Stephen Baldwin and Jennifer O’Neill.
As a licensing agent, she negotiated subsidiary opportunities for authors such as Pat Boone, Mike Huckaby, Beth Moore, Chuck Norris, Colonel Oliver North, Henry Blackaby, Leanna Wilson/Ellis and more. Calling on clients in New York and Washington, DC Stephanie enjoyed working with Guildepost, Conservative Book Club, Thorndike Large Print, Crossings Book Club, Harper Collins, Harlequin/Steeple Hill and Brilliance Audio.
Stephanie was responsible for marketing and branding the TruthQuest product line for teens and had the privilege of being a part of the first Christian teen reality TV show, the award-winning TruthQuest: California.
In addition to appearances as the on-air spokesperson for B&H Publishing Group on the QVC Shopping Channel, Stephanie has been heard as the Voice of Baptist Book Stores and LifeWay Christian Resources.
Having a passion for teaching the Word of God, she has taught teens, collegians, women’s and mixed adult bible studies for more than two decades and is proud to announce the release of her new book titled When You Grow Up and Get Single. (See BOOKSTORE tab on this site).
Stephanie has served as the Southeast Director for Women in Christian Media, led its Nashville Connection for two years, and is a board member of Jennifer O’Neill Ministries. She currently teaches Coffee with Stephanie, a monthly bible study for women, and is a co-teacher of the Singles Community called The Journey at Two Rivers Baptist Church in Nashville, TN.
